• Waitlist and contact: your name and email address when you join our waitlist or contact us, and the content of your messages.
• Account information: your name, email address, sign-in details, and preferences when you create an account in the App.
• Luggage details: the type, size, compartments, and weight of your bags.
• Trip details: destination, travel dates, activities, travel companions, mode of travel, airline, and flight class.
• Uploaded itineraries: flight, hotel, or travel documents you choose to upload so the App can fill in your trip details automatically.
• Packing data: the items on your packing list and your packing progress.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, and how you interact with the Services.
• Approximate location: your general region, based on your IP address. Precise location is used only if you allow it in the App.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.

Payment information

Subscriptions and free trials are processed by third-party payment providers and app stores. We do not store your full payment card details. We only receive information such as your subscription status and renewal date.

• provide and operate the Services, including creating personalized packing plans based on your luggage, trip, weather, and airline rules;
• manage your waitlist spot and let you know when early access is available;
